Yesterday, my daughter stood once more in love,
Not leaving the past behind—
But carrying it forward.
For love does not end when one chapter closes,
It changes, it deepens,
It remembers.
She once walked beside a man
Who helped her build a life,
Who gave her children,
Who shared her dreams.
And yesterday…
She honored that love
By choosing to live fully again.
Beside her now stands another—
Not to replace,
But to walk with her
Into the years still waiting.
Together, they step into a season
Where dreams once paused
Can quietly begin again.
And as the evening softened into sky,
Balloons were lifted—
Carrying messages
To loves who came before.
Not in sorrow,
But in gratitude.
Not in letting go,
But in holding gently…
What will always remain.
Love does not end.
It grows, it remembers,
It finds its way forward.
And yesterday,
We witnessed that truth.
